Terms of Sales

 

Payment is made upon ordering.

There is no minimum order.

Our deliveries are made by post at the customer's expense at a rate of €8.04 per shipment.

The goods travel at the risk of the recipient. The customer must check the products delivered and formulate any reasoned reservations in the presence of the carrier. He has three days after delivery to confirm his complaint to the carrier, by registered letter.

The products cannot be be sold only by authorized distributors and at authorized points of sale.

The company will not accept any returns of merchandise without prior authorization from a person representing the company.

In all cases, returns are made at the sender's expense.

Reserve clause: the goods remain the property of Société DE COUVENT, until full payment of the invoices corresponding to the deliveries.

A portion of the sale of this product will be donated to the safeguarding and preservation of the San Franscescu Convent of Oletta.
